pexels another free stock image site
gifcities everyone on this site stans this site, but it would feel wrong not to include it. geocities gif search engine.
glittergraphics kind of like gifcities but for 2000s graphics, and easier to navigate.

scanline crusher distorts images with a scanline effect, used for some img hovers on site!
pixel-me ai-powered image-> pixel art converter. it's not perfect and often messes up transparency, but it's very cool when it does work.
ai gahaku ai powered image - >painting converter. distinctively 'ai' looking, but still fun to play with.
ditherit tool that makes images dithered and crunchy and old. you can use different methods and swap the colour pallete.

mf2fm free javascript effects, some are a bit much but the cursor/text effects can be cute if used well.
